Museum Development Midlands is delighted to launch the new Organisational Health programme which will support museums to operate more effectively, increasing their long-term viability and relevance.
We’re working with Tonia Collett of Collett Consultancy, to offer a model of support for museums in the Midlands focusing on a range of development areas. This could include succession planning, fundraising, forward planning, Trustee development/ diversification, business planning and income generation. We offer either intensive support or one to one surgeries for less complex issues.
